The First Quarter

The First Quarter is a collection of poems detailing the journey from adolescence into adulthood. This collection deals with love, betrayal, family, mental illness and much more. It is the author's life condensed into black and white. These poems are universal testimonials that will hopefully help other young women know that they are not alone.
