Roak has spent nearly two decades Indentured to the Western Hunter's Guild, raised and trained for one purpose, to be a Hunter. As a Hunter, Roak puts his life on the line to eliminate threats from the Dark creatures plaguing the world. He has just one goal in mind: pay off his debt to the Guild and live the rest of his life in peace.
With a new opportunity on the horizon, he must be willing to take several risks in order to achieve his goal. During his most recent mission, Roak crosses paths with a Changer girl named Dahlia.
