The Dissolution Hours

Their targets no matter the risk must be contained and controlled in the shadows for these hours they remain as ghosts. No trace is taken back to the authorities that arrive in the scene as these individuals were professionally trained. As such the hours must remain intact to maintain contact with us. For where the unflinching lines remain hidden but traceable to our networks all must remain in black book and out of sight meetings.
