The Daisy: A Story for Anyone Who Has Ever Felt Like Just Giving Up

"The Daisy" is a story for anyone who has ever felt like giving up, whether because of illness, sadness, helplessness or just life. It is the story of a daisy who loves her life in the garden, until a heavy rain comes and leaves her "stuck in the mud." She loses faith in the gardener and gives up. It takes someone unexpected to help her realize that the gardener is always there and to never give up hope. "The Daisy" was originally written for the author's mother who has been a chronic migraine sufferer for over 40 years. It is a story of hope. A percentage of all proceeds will go to the Migraine Research Foundation, in the hope of ending the debilitating pain of migraines.
