Not so long ago, the Monster Trappers encountered a ghostly ship on Simpson Bay. Those on board had a very simple message - the Black Spectre was returning, and pirate Captain "Diamond Eye" Jack wants his treasure back! Meanwhile, for Gemma Brocks, real life is getting in the way. School, rehearsals, the boyfriend...they're all getting complicated. Trying to balance all those things means there's little time to be stopping a ghost pirate. With the Black Spectre starting to appear on the waters, the Monster Trappers realise that Jack's demands are not a joke. The team have to find Jack's treasure. But even if they do, will that stop the pirate's wrath?
