The Collector in Bloomington, MN

Three attacks on pregnant women involving torture, infanticide and murder happen in Donegal over a three year period. After years in Ireland chasing a serial killer named 'The Collector', Detective Blake Omen finds himself torn between two choices; follow 'The Collector' to London leaving his family, friends and career behind, or let the Southwark Police deal with it on their own and return to a life of mockery and failure.
