The City Girl

San Francisco advertising exec Leah Ross's perfectly planned life is thrown off kilter when she inherits a home on Coronado Island, over five hundred miles away. The only thing she wants to do is fix it up, flip it, and then hightail it back to her beloved city by the bay. Too bad the will stipulates she has to live in the house for two weeks. To make matters worse, the ridiculously charming, seriously stubborn man next door needs to approve all of her changes. Joe Carrera loves island life and being the owner of a popular lounge and tapas bar. Babysitting an uptight woman is not his idea of a good time, but the last thing he wants is for Leah to turn his late neighbor's gorgeous home into a Bed & Breakfast, or worse, remodel it until it loses all its charm. The problem is, while Leah's getting under his skin, she's also getting into his heart. Can the city girl and the beach boy find a common ground or will they drive each other crazy?
