The Circle

A timid German teacher joins a gay secret society in 1950s Germany, and falls in love with a charismatic transvestite who's a popular figure in the organization. Later, the conflicted teacher becomes torn between embracing his sexuality, and attempting to maintain his comfortable bourgeois lifestyle.
