Officer Phillip Noyce, a cocky Upstate NY Policeman, shoots and kills an unarmed Black boy a month before graduation. After a media filled battle with one of the toughest lawyers in the State of NY, he beats the case. What's new, right? As a way to "give back to the community," the court orders him community service, providing free overnight security to a Museum of Black history. His present led him into the museum, but will our past let him out?
