Terracotta Warriors: The First Emperor & His Legacy in Bloomington, MN

Exhibition catalogue for the show held at the Asian Civilisations Museum, Singapore, in 2011, this catalogue sets the warriors in a wider context by examining art of the Qin state in the period that led to the unification of China. It publishes new essays on the complex political and scholarly ramifications of the archaeological discovery, and on how Qin and Han tomb architecture is an evocation of the cosmos.
