When stacking border, slightly shift stripe left or right to avoid repetition of elements in the same position on each row. Tempaper is self-adhesive, removable wallpaper that is 100% made in the U.s.a. Tempaper should be applied to surfaces that are in good condition and have been primed and painted with an eggshell, satin or semi-gloss paint. It is not recommended that you apply Tempaper to matte or flat paints or textured surfaces.
