Phoenix Guard Company regroups after the Los Angeles tragedy. Nine year old Jennifer Gonzalez, the lone survivor of Leviathan Company joins Squad three. Jennifer suffers from severe depression over the loss of her previous team. Lieutenant Michael, Sarah, and Valerie work together to help Jennifer overcome her sorrow and also work to overcome their own loss. In the meantime, a masked man reveals himself to the world and threatens the stability of the World Government.
