Synthesis of Wind Energy Development and Potential Impacts on Wildlife in the Pacific Northwest, Oregon and Washington

Wind energy development has increased substantially on private land in the Pacific Northwest, and there is Growing intrest in develoment on public lands. This report brings together information on wind energy development in the region, potential impacts on Wildlife, and best management practices and guidlines for development, to provide federal and state land managers, biologists, and policy makers in the Pacific Northwest with information that can advise policies.
