Syntactic Errors of Arab Students in the Skill of Writing in English

This book aims at investigating the common errors of Arab students at various levels of proficiency in English and with different backgrounds in the skill of writing in English. It is an attempt to determine the causes of these errors. In addition, this book reviews the most recent literature on the function of explicit knowledge on L2 learners' written productions, and re-examines the influence of L1 and native culture on L2 learning.
