Sweet Thing

As their father spirals into alcoholism and their mother continues to drift away, siblings Billie and Nico (Lana and Nico Rockwell) find their fragile, childish world on the brink of collapse. Fleeing their tempestuous home life, the children experience a new sense of family, security, and contentment in a world of their own creation, away from the looming threats of their depressed inner-city neighborhood.
