This is the story of a little boy named River. River is beginning to discover who he is in the world, and needs help discovering things he can do on his own. River's mother has an idea that could possibly help River on his journey of self discovery. She lovingly makes him the "Super River" cape that will help him discover who he is, and that he can do things that he didn't think he could do before. With the new "Super River" cape, River discovers that he is in fact, a very extraordinary little boy.
