It's summertime in Minera Springs. That usually means lazy days spent by the lake, and wild nights dancing in front of a bonfire. But, once again, things are different in Minera Springs.
In the summer of 1991, murder is in the air. The bodies of young men are being found all over, and the town is gripped in fear again. The authorities believe a coven of witches is responsible for the deaths. Tobi and Riley are curious, but vow to leave the investigation to Deputy Talley and the F.B.I. When the killing strikes near, Tobi and Riley are forced into action. Many of the new faces in town could be part of the coven, and they must be right when they point fingers.
