Storing four kayaks on a garage wall recovers the floor a rack or a pile of hulls would otherwise take, and this Q235B steel system carries up to 400 lbs across its arms. Each 31.4 inch support arm adjusts in position and carries padding, which matters because a hull resting on bare steel develops flat spots and pressure marks over a winter. The mounted footprint measures 46 by 33.5 by 1.8 inches against the wall, and lag hardware fixes the uprights into studs for a secure hold. Beyond kayaks, the same arms hold canoes, paddle boards and surfboards, so a mixed quiver stores on one wall. The system weighs 29.5 lbs including accessories and suits a garage, a shed, a boathouse or an exterior wall under cover. The rack measures 46 by 33.5 by 1.8 inches against the wall with 31.4 inch arms. All mounting accessories are included in the 29.5 lb shipping weight.
