Breathable nylon mesh across the 18.5 inch backrest and the 23.5 by 16.5 inch seat keeps air moving on a hot afternoon, which separates this camp chair from the solid fabric seats that trap heat against the back. The carbon steel frame supports up to 330 lbs and rides on anti-slip foot pads, and reinforced joints hold the geometry steady through repeated setup at campsites and sidelines. Storage is built in rather than bolted on, with a cup holder and a side pocket at the right hand, a bottle opener on the frame and a lower mesh shelf that keeps magazines, sunglasses and snacks off the ground. The seat sits 18 inches high, a height most adults can rise from without pushing off the arms. Unfolded the chair measures 27 by 21.5 by 35.5 inches and folds to 20 by 3.5 by 22 inches at 12.5 lbs, so it slides into a trunk beside the cooler with no assembly needed.
