Hand-woven Pe rattan forms the two baskets on this 19 by 19 by 30 inch tower, giving each cat a breathable nest that holds its shape rather than collapsing like a fabric hammock. Metal supports carry the baskets, and each one is rated to 33 lbs, so a large adult can settle in without the weave sagging. The rattan look suits a styled living room, a sunroom or a bedroom far better than carpet-wrapped columns, and Pe fiber wipes clean when fur or dust collects. Sisal scratching posts stand between the levels for claw maintenance, catching the stretching that otherwise lands on a sofa. The 30 inch height suits kittens, senior cats and homes with low ceilings where a full tower feels overwhelming. Engineered wood anchors the base and the finished tower weighs only 14 lbs. Assembly is required, and each basket carries up to 33 lbs on its metal support. The tower measures 19 inches square at the floor.
