Solo training is where a rebounder pays for itself, and this 12 by 6 foot net returns passes and shots so a player can work on first touch, volleys and shooting without a partner. The iron tube frame holds the net taut across the full span, which is what produces a predictable return rather than a dead drop at the base. Pe netting with a 1.5 inch mesh catches soccer balls, volleyballs and handballs without letting them slip through. At 23.7 lbs the goal is substantial enough to stay put during hard strikes yet still portable, and the included bag holds the disassembled frame for transport to a park or a pitch. Ground stakes anchor the frame on turf. The same net also works as a full size goal for backyard games, so a family gets two uses from one purchase. The frame stands 12 by 6 feet with a 1.5 inch mesh across the face. Ground stakes and the carry bag ship in the same carton.Suitable for ages 6 and up with adult supervision. Warning: Always anchor the frame with the included ground stakes before use to prevent tipping; do not climb, hang, or swing on the frame, and keep young children clear of the netting to avoid entanglement.
