Strong As Always: an athlete's recovery from a sports injury

Millions of kids like you have sports-related trauma each year. You will be forced to take time off to recover, deterred from championship games and lifetime dreams. During these arduous months, you are not alone. You always have support from your family, teammates, friends, sports medicine providers, and people who love you. This injury only makes you stronger. Danielle Wang and Dean Wang are the founders of FlairCare, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in the United States. FlairCare aims to cultivate healing environments that enrich youth physical and mental health. Reaching local and global communities, the organization's initiatives include drawing with pediatric patients, collaborating with children's hospitals, and creating the As Always illustrated book series.
