The goal of this book - which is titled "Strategies to Retain High Performing Public Employees in Louisiana"- is to examine H.R. strategies and practices that stimulate retention of high performing public employees employed by the State of Louisiana Civil Service System headquartered in Baton Rouge and to inform HRM policy.
