Alicia took her friend Monica to her home pow-wow. During their first night, a violent act occurred to Alicia. Because of the sensitivity of the act, Alicia chose to not share with anyone what happened, but left the pow-wow instead. That decision would alter the entire community and create life changing changes that were irreversible.
