Storm Boy in Bloomington, MN

Director Shawn Seet's heart-warming family drama is the latest adaptation of Australian author Colin Thiele's beloved 1964 children's book of the same name. Geoffrey Rush stars as Michael Kingley, a retired grandfather who begins to narrate memories of his forgotten childhood as 'Storm Boy' to his granddaughter. He shares he raised and befriended an orphaned pelican while living along an isolated coastline.
