Staff Burnout: Prevention and Intervention Strategies for Social Services

This mixed methods case study explores the topic of staff burnout in social services. Chapter topics include exploration of the background of the problem of staff burnout; a comprehensive literature review that includes a historical overview of staff burnout as well as current research findings; case study research methodology; the findings of the study; and the study summary, conclusions, and recommendations for future research. This work may be helpful for current researchers of staff burnout as well as those who work in the social services profession.
