Each year when the cold weather begins to drift down from the North, the leafs begin to turn colors on the trees and the upcoming holidays begin to sneak into my thoughts I begin to think of just how great a hot cup or bowl of soup would taste. The more I think about it the more I am drawn to my kitchen to begin searching my recipes for great soups.
