Social Media, Social Mess?: A Thoughtful Adult Colouring Book

The second release after "A Working Mum's Mind", Rashmi Sanders takes a look through the use of social media in the modern day and how this can impact our thoughts and feelings. This adult colouring book contains 30 illustrations for you to relax and colour, whilst having a light hearted view point of how we interact on social media. The content of the wording has an adult theme and therefore not recommended for smaller children of reading age but for the grown ups in the house, this is the perfect way to relax. The illustrations have been created using a mix of styles, from mandalas to free hand, from fine liners to felts in order to create depth. Each illustration is labeled with its own # for you to upload onto Instagram and join in with other colourists, to help create interaction across the world. The proceeds of this adult coloring book will be donated to three chosen charities listed within the book. Rashmi Sanders is a full time working Mum, who enjoys creating doodles for people to color and enjoy. Her doodles are created to help calm thoughts after stressful days and help her raise money for charity.
