A woman comes to England seeking asylum. Heart rending, enlightening, triumphant. A year in the life of a woman who arrives in the UK with five pounds in her pocket and one carrier bag of possessions. Although it's a true representation of events which have happened to other people, the characters and story are all fictitious.
