This book, her debut novel, is Xena's foray into the world of fiction. She pens down a heart-wrenching tale of resilience in the face of violence from those you love the most, and in doing so, she brings to light the severe trauma of domestic abuse. Xena holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies where she began her love for creative writing at CUNY's City College of New York, and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Alfred University in New York. She is mother to two bright daughters and wife to a supportive husband. She is a native New Yorker and has an undying love for the city's hustle and bustle.
