Sirithica

Anne is a young woman who is imprisoned inside a large house, where her meals are served by unseen servants and her only entertainment is to look out through the windows upon the neatly kept lawn, the nearby woods, and a quaint little town. Anne doesn't seem to mind the confinement and the dull life she leads, until a young man knocks on the only door and announces he is there to rescue her. Anne discovers she is being held against her will and forced to forget her past life. Once she accepts the rescuer's help, she finds the world outside to be utterly dangerous and bewildering, where plants attempt to strangle her and brutal beasts hunt for her. Her most shocking discovery is that she is in a world where powerful magic rules and the means of escape might require her to die.
