Muhammad Rafique obtained an MSc in Physics from the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan, in 1997, where he joined the Department of Physics as a lecturer in 1999. In 2001, he joined the Department of Physics and Applied Mathematics at the Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences to pursue his PhD studies. He completed his PhD in 2005 and rejoined the Department of Physics at the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, where he is currently an Assistant Professor. His areas of research are reactor physics, radiation shielding and fluid dynamics. Nasir Majid Mirza and Sikander Majid Mirza obtained M.Sc. in Physics and M.Sc. in Nuclear Engineering from Quaid-i-Azam University, Pakistan. He completed his PhD in Physics from Purdue University, USA. At present, he is the Dean of Sciences at the Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Most of his computational and experimental research work is related to reactor physics, radiation shielding, image processing, medical physics and neural networks.
