Shifter: Age of Chaos in Bloomington, MN

Continuing from Shifter: Inversion, William Ryan searches for Villelmus on Atouria, a world at war. He learns of the cost of failure if the war is not concluded according to Villelmus's plan, and while striving to achieve that outcome, he must navigate serious ethical dilemmas and leverage all his cunning to not only survive but to succeed.
