SeasideCaldus Montgomery wanted a better life for his family; he had served on the Chicago bomb squad for longer than he wanted to remember. He had wanted a change. Caldus packed up his family and moved them across the country to what he was sure was a better life. He had dealt with bombers before, too many times before. But when he had was elected Sheriff of the county he chose to live in, he hadn't expected the same terror to invade his life. He had expected a small sleepy ocean-side community. But what had blind-sided him was a psychopathic riddle player, murdering his tourist trade. The new sheriff's family was now in danger, and there was no way Caldus was going to let anything bad happen to them!
