Bodies begin to drop across the city of San Francisco. When a serial killer is suspected newly promoted Detective Chuck Finley along with his new partner John Walters are given the case. It proves to be tough as they are lead in circles while trying to find a motive behind the killings. As the body count begins to stack up it becomes a race against time to find out the identity of the killer.
