In gentle rhyme, this new illustrated children's book follows Sam as he moves through a day colored by sadness. He finds that bits of his sadness and grief slip away during parts of his day, helping him to imagine a future with less sorrow. He is still sad as the book closes, but he falls asleep knowing that he is loved during times of sadness and during times of healing.
