The Sales Analysis Tool Kit book provides nine questionnaires and analysis templates for the business owner or sales manager in a small to medium size business enterprise. In addition there are links to four personality tests or books which include personality testing.It is specifically directed at business to a business company with an active sales forec or an emerging company who needs to establish a sales infrastructure. The book is then bundled with three primary training modules addressing sales, sales negotiations and a LinkedIn mining program. Several other functions are addressed as well.
