Rumpy Dumb Bunny: An Early Reader Children's Book

Rumpy is a dumb bunny. He eats poison ivy for breakfast and annoys the other forest creatures with his dim-witted songs. But one day, he gets his chance to prove himself. A hunter has come to the forest, intent on taking home some delicious rabbit for his stew. Lucky for Rumpy, the man's a terrible shot, and the two of them go nose to nose in an epic chase through the forest that ends with Rumpy saving the day and showing the hunter why it's not nice to shoot that noisy, old rifle of his. This story is told in rhyme, with beautiful and hilarious illustrations on every page. It's ideal for kids in kindergarten or first grade who are starting to read on their own.
