Rockingham County was formed in 1785 form Guilford County. It is bordered on the north by Pittsylvania and Henry counties, VA; on the east but Caswell County, NC; on the south by Guilford County, NC and on the west by Stokes County, NC. This book contains Will Books A-C (1803-1865) plus the "Old Wills" which were a group of wills discovered in 1957 and were dated 1785 to 1804.
