In the second phase of the 'We Are Too Many' saga, Harry Murphy finds himself exiled in a very distant place, without any hope of return to Earth. He is surrounded and dominated by a cadre of evil humanity, who do not hesitate to maim and kill for their own entertainment or to maintain power. Recognizing Harry's 'talents' for activating Alien Technology, he finds he is again elevated in position in the society in which he lives, only to again be faced with the choice of himself becoming corrupt, or resisting established government. Once again, an alien presence preserves and enables Harry, and he discovers amazing secrets about the distant planet on which he and many others have been exiled.
