A factory in the Florida Keys is manufacturing hobbyist quadcopters, but the Counterterrorism Division suspects the drones are an enemy country's attempt to launch an attack on the United States. When the CTD can't open a vault within the manufacturing facility, the director of the FBI requests Gregg Hadyn, infiltration expert extraordinaire, to gain access.
Unfortunately, not everyone on the mission appreciates Gregg or his skills. The CTD assistant director outwardly despises the notion of the thief working within the Intelligence Community, much less Gregg working for him.
