REFILL EYEBROW PENCIL

Ultra fine eyebrow pencil for extreme precision. Designed to fill in and shape eyebrows with very defined strokes for a natural finish. Includes a brush for combing and blending the strokes. Available in 2 shades. Application: 1. Start by combing the eyebrow with the brush. 2. Draw subtle lines to fill out the eyebrow. 3. Use the brush again to blend and bring the lines together for a natural finish.
