Broken down infrastructure; thieving and looting politicians; police brutality; soldiers beating up civilians; lack of constant supply of electricity; lack of access to clean, pipe-borne drinking water; lack of world-class health care; African nations ravaged by war and conflict, leaving lots of children dead; Boko Haram; poverty affecting a significant amount of the African populace, African children going hungry and even starving in a nation with leaders; young African Americans using the N word to address each other; significant amount of African Americans growing up in broken homes with little to no love and nurturing; black-on-black crime; drive-by shooting; African American babies growing up around guns, drugs, and violence. Redemption from within is calling out, pleading with us Africans to adjust our mentality.
