This book encompasses the journey and steps that have been truly helpful in my own life. I pray you will read this so you can reach total health and fulfillment in your own lives. Read it carefully, but put into practice the insight that was given to me to share through years of a constant process. I hope this will get you to stop wasting money on “get skinny quick” fads and allow you to understand and begin to use science-backed principles to achieve everything you desire. Know that everything I wrote in this book comes from the heart – they are words given through journey that never made sense to me up until this past year. The Lord has brought me through, and He will do the same for you if you allow Him to. He provided me with the curiosity that allowed me to alleviate all the confusion in my own journey by getting educated and believing in the possibilities.
