Q: Why did you write a book about real estate investing? A: Like many beginners, I was frustrated by the "vast amount of information" available on the subject of real estate investing. I wanted someone to walk me through all of the steps "left out" in a typical real estate investing book! I needed hand holding! I can be honest here! I wanted to offer something so beginning investors can become successful in a quicker time frame by "gaining essential fundamental knowledge" and incorporating an "educational path" designed with their specific goals in mind. I realize that no one can write a book that encompasses every aspect of real estate investing but I wanted to introduce one concept or "step" at a time so beginners can stay focused and motivated.
