Raw Leadership: Awaken Your Power Within

The truth is leaders are made not born. Once you turn on the leader inside of you nothing can stop you from creating the life you want. We have the capacity to change the world. Not until we hit the turning point where we decide no more, no more do we simply accept what life has put in our path, do we begin our journey to discover our purpose on this earth. Once we awaken, we are like the mommabear, ferocious and unwilling to accept anything less than what is right in any given situation. We live with the consequences of every choice we make or refuse to make. Accepting this responsibility to create the life we desire is the goal of every enlightened leader. The first realization we have when we start to become aware is we live our lives many times stuck in our memories or in future thinking. Awareness brings better focus. It allows us to become mindful of the elements of our lives. Awakening to the power within can be one of the most powerful things we can do. One of the first steps of starting to live the life you want is to be aware of what you are currently living. Start the process of watching yourself as you go through life looking at what emotions are being brought up each day. These emotions give us a clue into our programming or map of reality. Once aware of what is going on and how we are creating it we can make better more resourceful choices. We all affect our world the question we need to ask is what effect are we having are we part of the solution or contributing to the problems of the world by refusing to heal. We are powerful beings who need to step into that power to create the world we want to live in.
