It has an elastic waistband, frayed hemline, and pockets at either side seam. It is designed to be worn at the waist but can be worn at the hips for a baggy look. Our dream skirt is made in small batches by our family run factory in Los Angeles, CA. Our highly skilled sewers receive fair wages to make your garments.
