is a bilingual dumpling recipe in English and China with step-by-step photo illustrations of 16 mouthwatering recipes, including beef, pork, salmon, tilapia, chicken, turkey, trout, lamb, scallop, cod, catfish, shrimp, liver, tofu, egg, and mushrooms. The goal of the project is to localize the delicious Asian dumplings, using ingredients and spices that are easily accessible to the local community.
