The Queen's Coronation Spoon is stolen, leaving Myra to avert a national disaster. Then in 1952 she comes into possession of a spoon stolen right from under the nose of Captain Cook himself, straight off the Endeavour in 1770. Shrewd buyers circle, but a stubborn Myra obsessed with discovering the origin of Cook's spoon, hangs on through insurmountable challenges.
