In 1970's Texas, Sanford Scroggins was big in size, influence and wealth. He was powerful and virtually untouchable. Ross Moore was a small man in size and possessions and influence. Scroggins wanted to rule the world. Moore came home from Vietnam to live in peace, to raise cattle, create belts, holsters and saddles out of leather.
